50+ 珍愛樂活的故事，源自一份對家的思念與對親情的珍惜。年輕時，我因求學到東京， 而後在海外工作，結婚後搬到了香港，這幾年又移居到了倫敦 。這些年輾轉各地，追逐著夢想與生活，但心中一直有個遺憾：我無法常伴在台灣的父母身旁，親眼見證他們的日常，陪伴他們走過歲月。

我希望這個網站不僅是一個紀錄我生活的地方，更是一座連結我們之間的橋樑。我想讓他們透過這裡，看到我的生活日常，了解我內心的牽掛；同時也希望分享一些健康養生的知識、貼心的生活好物，幫助他們擁有更舒適、更快樂的生活方式。

The story of 50cheer originates from a deep longing for home and a heartfelt appreciation for family.

When I was young, I moved to Tokyo for my studies. Later, I worked overseas, got married, and relocated to Hong Kong. In recent years, I have settled in London. Throughout these years, I have traveled across different places, chasing dreams and building a life. However, one regret has always remained in my heart—I have not been able to stay by my parents’ side in Taiwan, to witness their daily lives, and to accompany them through the passage of time.

I hope this website is not just a space to document my life, but also a bridge that connects us. Through this platform, I want my parents to see my daily life and understand the love and longing I hold for them. At the same time, I also want to share knowledge about health and wellness, along with thoughtful lifestyle products, to help them live a more comfortable and joyful life.

50cheer is not just my story—it is the voice of everyone who has left their hometown, carrying love and concern for their family. 若い頃、私は学業のために東京へ渡り、その後海外で働き、結婚して香港に移住しました。近年はロンドンへと移り住んでいます。夢を追いかけ、生活のためにさまざまな土地を転々としてきましたが、心の中にはずっと後悔がありました。それは、台湾にいる両親のそばにいることができず、彼らの日常を見守り、一緒に時を重ねることができなかったことです。
